Commercial refurbishments

We have overseen the refurbishment of multiple retail premises in West London, with outlets being transformed to create contemporary and uniform designs, whilst making the most of each unique space.

One complex undertaking saw the renovation of a site in the heart of Shepherds Bush where the premises comprised a ground level space that had fallen into disrepair and a derelict damp ridden lower ground floor. The site was transformed into a contemporary open plan office, with the lower ground level benefiting from the latest technology in damp proofing, and clever insertion of opaque skylights to allow natural light into a previously unusable space.

Another premises refurbishment saw the regeneration of a failing restaurant into a fashionable artisan café and coffee shop, with an imaginative facia and practical design layout that made the most of a complicated space.
