Project Type: Innovative new build scheme of 59 co-living apartments.
The site was originally designated as Metropolitan Open Land and an eighteen month planning process was needed, involving extensive consultations and support from Ealing Borough Council and the office of the Mayor for London.. This includes a substantial offsite affordable payment towards local affordable housing.
The scheme comprises a uniquely designed building across seven floors incorporating a substantial double basement with a secure integral bike store accessed by a cargo lift at the main entrance. It will also feature communal roof terraces, private balconies and patios. Due to its unique design, the scheme requires considerable construction expertise.
The development has a high percentage of communal space including a fully equipped gym, cinema room, games room, laundry room, rooftop lounges with workstations and breakout rooms with kitchen and dining facilities.
The scheme will be let and managed on an “all bills inclusive” basis by another Hogarth Property Group company, Urban Living, who will have a dedicated resident’s manager/concierge on site.
The development follows our successful development of 48 co-living units at 15 Hanger Lane which completed in 2021.
