Progress at The Hogarth Property Group co-living development at 70 Hanger Lane, Ealing is moving forward apace and is on target for marketing of the scheme for rental to commence this Autumn.
The uniquely designed development comprises 59 co-living apartments built across a total of nine floors, 3 below ground and 6 above.
The scheme features communal roof terraces, private balconies and patios and a substantial double basement and part basement including a secure integral bike store accessed by a cargo lift at the main entrance.
Due to its innovative design features, the scheme has required considerable construction expertise, and this is being undertaken by group company Hogarth Design & Build.
The development has now reached the stage of having had the bespoke kitchens and en-suite shower rooms installed and the installation of the air conditioning, fire alarm and sprinkler system is underway. All internal decoration and external landscaping will be completed this Summer with all external parts to be completed within the next few weeks.
The Summer will also see the bespoke fitted furniture installed in the individual studio apartments with high quality fittings including flat screen TVs being integrated as standard.
Great attention is being given to the communal areas and the development benefits from a much higher percentage of communal space than the majority of co-living schemes. The communal spaces include a fully equipped gym, cinema room, games room, laundry room, rooftop lounges with workstations for home working and breakout rooms with kitchen and dining facilities.
The scheme will be let and managed on an “all bills inclusive” basis by another Hogarth Property Group company, Urban Living, who will have a dedicated building management team, resident’s manager and concierge on site.
The development at 70 Hanger Lane follows on from The Hogarth Property Group’s successful development of 48 co-living units at 15 Hanger Lane which completed in 2021
